We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time Medical Assistant at our Shore Gastroenterology Associates office in Oakhurst NJ.
The Medical Assistant Responsibilities are:
Provides assistance to Physicians and services and care to patients including escorting patients to exam rooms, Obtaining and recording vitals and patient history, PIF charts, other clerical duties, EMR data entry and handling telephone calls.
The Medical Assistant requires a positive approach, ability to multi-task, flexibility and a keen understanding of policies and procedures.
The Medical Assistant must have the following qualifications and
Experience:
High School graduate or GED.
Certified graduate of Medical Assistant Program and or certification in E-prescribing and/or 1 to 2 years of Medical Assistant experience We offer competitive base salary, generous benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Voluntary, Time-Off Benefits, EAP, 401K and Commuter Benefits.
